Reccomend me some please? :)

Just got a kindle see, and it's pretty cool you can read comics aswell as regular books.
Yeah it's a pain in the arse converting cbr/cbz files, to the kindles mobi format, but it's better than actually buying them right? :P

Went on a bit of a spree with graphic novels last night, so it's manga i'm looking for really.
But what ever you think is good, let us know :D

As you may know, the kindles screen is black and white, so bear that in mind with reccomendations.

Cheers ;)

Ooh, a Kindle! You lucky, lucky boy...

I tend to read more down-to-earth graphic novels than superhero stuff. Notes for a War Story and The Alcoholic are two of my faves - both dark, funny and brilliantly drawn.

I picked up Maus over Christmas - a Holocaust tale where Jews are depicted as mice and Germans as cats.

Yeah I hear you. I don't think I would go for that superhero stuff either.
Although I did get Dark Knight Returns, Watchmen and V for Vendetta.
As they topped a "best graphic novels EVAR!" list I was looking at.
Maus was also on that list, so I got that too. :D

I've never really been much of a comic book guy (Worst. Reference. Ever.:P)
But I remember when the hype for the Scott Pilgrim movie was starting up
I thought I'd check out that series, see what the fuss was all about.
I enjoyed it, and was like 'Yeah, I could get into this'
And now i've got a Kindle, and unlimited pirated materials (oooh naughty )
Nows a good a time as any!! I will check out your reccomendations.

Cheers Jack! B)

Anyone got any more? :)
